A Day in Paradise

A warm weather with Mr. Sun smiling and THE BEACH! I know it's not yet summer...BUT HEY! I live in the Philippines!

My aunt and uncle came for a month long vacation so we decided to, as always, go to Samal Island. While planning, we had a hard time choosing which resort to choose because there are so many resorts to choose from- from budget friendly to high-end resorts. Since we are a big group ( and we have a senior citizen and some of us don't agree of long travel time), we decided to go to Paradise Island Park and Beach Resort.

There is already a big improvement in the resort since my last visit in the resort (yearsss ago). They already have live bands, carnival show, fire dance presentation, and a mini zoo.

What I love in this resort is their fine white sand, which is rare in all the resorts in Samal Island.

Everything went well with our stay and the treatment we received from their staff UNTIL they did a head count to our group. It turned out that we paid for 3 persons in excess to our group. We want our money back but, the management, did not buy our (truthful) explanations. This was the part that really disappoints us. I don't want to go in to details...past is past. For us, we go there to relax and have fun, not to deceive someone just to have some fun.

my first time kayaking...yay!

Just a reminder, we really have to be mindful to every actions and transactions we are doing because for some "meeting halfway" is always not the solution to end the situation. :(

Been M.I.A

Hey Everyone!

Oh my! Have missed A LOT!!!! It was really a mistake for not been up to date with my blogging. I've missed the holidays, and valentines day! Did all of you had a memorable one? I did.

There were so many things happened to me that kept me from blogging. I don't want to go on to details but I could say I shed a few pounds because of that.

Well, until this moment, I'm still trying to work out my day-to-day "agenda" to keep everything in place and I really do hope I can do it all throughout the rest of the year.

xoxo
